Youth Volleyball Academy — Near Newark, Bear & Middletown, DE
Build the Skills That Win Points — and Scholarships
USAV-certified coaching, video analysis, and a development pathway from first-time passer to club-level competitor.
Program Overview
Club volleyball tryouts are brutally competitive. The kids who make the team aren't necessarily the tallest or most athletic — they're the ones with clean passing technique, consistent serving, and court awareness that comes from structured training. That's exactly what Coach Viktor builds in this academy — drawing on 20+ years of competitive playing and championship-level coaching experience.
The program runs in 10-week sessions, meeting twice a week. Class sizes max at 12 with a 6:1 player-to-coach ratio. Every session includes video review so players can see their progress. Parents: you'll watch from the viewing area and notice the difference in their movement and confidence within the first month.
Parents across the tri-state area choose our academy because structured indoor volleyball training is hard to find in this region. Families drive from Newark, Middletown, Bear, Wilmington, and throughout Cecil County for Coach Viktor's program. Whether your child is preparing for school tryouts, club volleyball, or just discovering the sport, our year-round indoor facility and expert coaching give them a developmental edge.
